2. Service Description
Ad Shield provides AI-powered scam detection, document verification, and threat intelligence services designed to help users identify and avoid online fraud. Our services include but are not limited to link scanning, email analysis, document verification (DocuScan), and the Argus AI assistant.
3. Limitation of Liability
Ad Shield uses advanced AI analysis, Behavioral Fraud Intelligence (BFI), and shared threat intelligence to identify and reduce the risk of scams, fraud, and document manipulation. While no technology can eliminate all risk, Ad Shield is built to provide early detection, warnings, and decision support to help users protect themselves and their organizations.
We are not liable for any losses incurred despite using our services. Our tools provide risk assessments and recommendations, but final decisions remain with the user.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent or disable security features
- Report suspected scams accurately and in good faith
- Keep your account credentials secure
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected (monthly or annually). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- DocuScan credits do not expire while subscription is active
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Ad Shield are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ad Shield operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
